老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人营养不良的干预与治疗

The treatment and intervention study on malnutrition in the elderly patients with COPD

目的:探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)病人营养不良的营养支持模式及有效方式,改善疾病预后。方法:选择我院158例评定为营养不良的老年COPD病人,在抗炎、止咳、祛痰、扩张支气管和吸氧等常规治疗的同时,由营养师和主管医师共同制订营养支持方案,给予专业的营养咨询和营养教育,比较病人治疗前后的饮食模式、进食量、体重、血清清蛋白和气道通气改善等状况。结果:经过专业的营养教育和合理的营养支持,病人的营养状况明显改善。病人饮食模式改善、进食量增加、体重增加、血清清蛋白升高、气道通气状况改善。结论:合理的营养支持模式能及时发现并干预老年COPD病人的营养不良,明显改善病人的营养状况,提高生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the mode of nutritional support and effective process to improve the prognosis in the elderly malnutrition patients with COPD.Methods： The 158 elderly malnutrition patients with COPD were given professional advice and education in nutrition from the the mode of nutritional support by dietitian and physician.The mode and quantity of diet,body weight,serum albumin and the change in blood gas analysis were evaluated.Results： The patients were improved in the mode and quantity of diet,body weight,serum albumin and the change in blood gas analysis. Conclusion： The reasonable therapy in nutrition can significantly increase the nutritional status and quality of life in the elderly malnutrition patients with COPD.
