摘要
目的:本文通过比较巨细胞瘤MRI普通增强和动态增强扫描的强化程度,寻求更好反映巨细胞瘤特性的MRI增强方式。材料和方法:对58名巨细胞瘤患者的MRI增强扫描图像进行回顾性分析。普通增强扫描为SE序列,伴或不伴脂肪抑制。动态增强使用多时相增强快速采集梯度回波序列。结果:仅对38例(普通增强13例,动态增强25例)以实性为主的病变的强化情况进行分析。统计学分析显示,病灶强化程度与正常肌肉组织的强化程度有相关性。25例动态增强扫描病例,病灶达到强化高峰的时间平均为64s。13例普通增强扫描病例,患者完成扫描所需时间120~353s。结论:通过对本组病例的分析显示,MRI动态增强比普通增强扫描更能反映巨细胞瘤的强化特点。
Purpose To find a better way to depict the features of gaint cell tumor of bone by retrospectively compared the general and dynamic Gd-DTPA enhanced MR images.Methods and matrials MR enhanced images of 58 patients with giant-cell tumors were reviewed retrospectively.All MR examinations were performed on a 1.5-T scanner(Excite,Gener Electric,Milwaukee,USA).General enhanced scan was performed with spin-echo sequence with or without fat-suppression.Dynamic Enhancement was performed with fast acquisition with multiphase enhanced fast GRE series.Statistical analysis was performed Using SPSS 15.0 to evaluate the correlation between the enhanced degree of lesion and muscle.Results 38 cases with prominent solid tumors were analyzed including 13 general enhanced cases and 25 dynamic enhanced cases.There was correlation between the enhancement of the lesion and that of muscle(r=0.293,P=0.039).In the dynamic studies,the average peak time of enhancement was 64s.In the general studies,the acqusition times ranged from 120s to 353s,the median time was 188s,and the mean time was 201s.Conclusions The dynamic enhanced MR imaging can provide the more information about GCT enhancement than the general study.
