摘要
目的 为给小腿部影像学诊断提供横断层解剖学资料。方法 用成年男尸新鲜右小腿标本10侧,先做小腿横断层之CT及MRI扫描影像。冰冻后再切制与其相应的小腿上,中及下1/3段横断层解剖标本。结果 观察了三个断层的形态、结构、毗邻关系和血管、神经等的特征及其变化规律,还对小腿中1/3段的胫骨及腓骨的骨质及髓腔进行了测量。结论 本研究结果为给小腿部的医学影像学诊断及介入放射学提供了确切的解剖学基础。
Objective To provide the transverse sectional anatomic data of legs tor imgaing diagnosis. Methods 10 fresh right legs of male adult cadaven were used. After the CT and MRI images were taken, all specimens were frozedn and cut into 3 transverse sections (upper 1/3, middle 1/3 and lower 1/3). Results The morphological characteristics and the law of variation of the structure, relationship, blood vessles and nerves on all transverse sections were observed. The compact substance and medullary cavity in die middle 1/3 of the tibia and fibula were measured and compared with the corresponding CT and MRI images. Conclusion In the present study, the variation of morphology and structure of all transverse sectional anatomy of legs provided basis of accurate anatomy for medical imaging diagnosis and interventional radiology.
