疑难病例析评 第214例 间断发热-腰腿痛-腹部搏动性包块-多汗 被引量：2

摘要 患者男，57岁，因间断发热伴腰腹部疼痛1个月，于2009年1月20日入院。患者于2008年12月21日无明显诱因开始出现发热，体温最高38．5℃，伴乏力，不伴咳嗽、咯痰、咽痛、鼻塞、流涕、腹泻、腹痛等不适。自服“双黄连”和“感冒冲剂”等药物，
