A New Concept of Deepwater's Drilling-ABS Aapparatus

ABS是一种人工浮筒海底概念,是一种为解决将半潜式钻井平台用于深水作业的低廉的作业手段。ABS通过将人工浮筒放置在海面下300m的海洋深处,并将BOP置于ABS之上,来延伸和扩展半潜式钻井平台的钻井能力,以有效利用现有的半潜式钻井平台,达到对1500m的深水油田进行低廉开采的目的。

ABS is short for Artificial Buoyant Seabed,which is a cheap means to apply the Semi-submerged Platform to the deepwater operation.By means of placing the artificial buoyant 300 meters under the sea,and attaching the BOP over the ABS,ABS will extend and strengthen the drilling ability of the Semi-submerged Platform.As a result,it can efficiently employ the existing Semi-submerged Platform to explore the oilfield 1500 meters under the deepsea at a low-price.
