摘要
通过对潜油电动离心泵的叶导轮内的液体质点的运动研究,建立其运动方式的速度三角形,同时研究影响叶导轮抽液性能的结构尺寸和性能参数,主要包括:①铸件表面光洁度的影响;②叶导轮的流道开口尺寸和叶片出口角。在上述研究的基础上,对目前使用的叶导轮进行优化,开发研制出单级高扬程的叶导轮。此项研究的成功,可以减少离心泵的级数,从而节约其组装成本,创造良好的经济效益。
By studying the moving mode of liquid in impellers and diffusers of electric submersible pump,its velocity equation is established,and the structure size and capability parameter that affect the pumping capability of electric submersible pump are studied,chiefly including:one is the effect of cast surface glabrous degree;the other is the hatch of impellers and diffusers's pass way and the exiting angle of lamina.On the basis of studies,impellers and diffusers that are used newly are designed optimized,high volume impellers and diffusers are designed and manufactured.Because this study is successful,the quantities of impellers and diffusers of one electric submersible pump are decreased ,so the expense that it is assembled is economized and economy benefit is very large.
