聚酯型聚氨酯膜的溶胀性能及膜分离性能研究

摘要 研究通过两步法反应,制备了一系列聚酯型聚氨酯(包括环糊精嵌段),并采用红外,热分析等手段对其结构与性能进行了表征,并且考察了链段中的环糊精对膜溶胀性能的影响以及膜对不同混合物体系的分离性能。结果表明,链段中含环糊精的膜在有机混合物中有较大的溶胀度,聚酯型聚氨酯对于苯-环己烷和水-乙醇体系均有较好的分离性能。 The polyester-base polyurethane(PU) membranes,including cyclodextrins as hard segments,were prepared by two-step polymerization.The structures and thermal properties of these membranes were characterized by FT-IR and DSC.The effects of cyclodextrin(CD) on swelling performances of PU membranes in xylene isomers were investigated.And the separation properties of these membranes to benzene-cyclohexane and water-ethanol were studied.The results showed that the addition of CD increased the swelling degree and PU membranes had good pervaporation separation performances.
