光谱法在癌症诊断中的应用

摘要 癌症是导致人类死亡的重大疾病之一,严重的危害人类的生命健康。实验研究表明,现今有效治愈癌症的能力直接取决于癌症早期检出的能力。光谱技术(诸如:质谱法、红外光谱法、拉曼光谱、荧光光谱法等等)作为一种检测方法,广泛应用于癌症的早期诊断方面的研究,为癌症的医学诊断提供了理论依据,本文对光谱法在癌症早期诊断中的应用作一简单介绍。 Cancer was the major diseases leading to one human death,and serious harmful to human life and health.Experimental studies showed that the present capacity to effectively cure cancer was directly dependent on the ability of cancer early detection.The application of spectroscopy technique(such as mass spectrometry,IR,Raman spectrometry,fluorescence spectrometry,atomic spectrometry,and so on) as a detection method was widely used in the early diagnosis of cancer and provided a theoretical basis for medical diagnosis of cancer.The application of spectrometry on the early diagnosis of cancer was introduced briefly.
