摘要
研究了在弱酸性介质中三种阴离子树脂在离子交换过程中的钒硅离子分配性,实验测定了酸度和温度对离子交换过程钒硅离子分配性的影响。结果表明,D290树脂对钒硅离子的分离系数最大,在温度为50℃、pH=2.0的条件下,分离系数可以达到120,可实现含硅钒液离子交换过程两种离子的选择性有效分离。
The vanadium silicon ion distributivity of three kinds of anion resins under the medium of weak acid condition was studied.The effects of acidity and temperature on the vanadium silicon ion distributivity were determined.The results showed that the D290 resin had the biggest influence on the separation coefficient of vanadium silicon ion.Under the conditions of 50℃ and pH=2.0,the separation coefficient may reach to 120,which was possible to realize the selective effective separation of the liquid containing the silicon vanadium ionic during the exchange process.
