摘要
丙烯酸乳液生产废水外观性状为均匀浆状胶黏体,CODC r高达35000mg/L,B/C比仅为0.01,该废水的达标排放处理是当前国内面临的一大技术难题。上海某特种化学制造有限公司二期厂房新建的废水处理站,在调试后发现存在着系统设计、设备安装质量以及无法达标等一系列问题。上海华强环保设备工程公司受业主委托,结合本公司的成功案例与经验,通过实验室试验,对工艺流程进行了优化设计,并对该废水处理站的物化、生化和污泥等处理系统的设备、电气及仪表作了一系列改进,使其实现了安全、高效、稳定地运行,出水水质达标排放,并通过了政府环保验收。
Acrylic emulsion wastewater was a viscoloid,CODCr was more than 35000mg/L and ratio of B/C was only 0.01.It was one of major national technical difficulties to reach the requirement of discharge standard currently.There were a lot of failures after commissioning in new wastewater plant station for phase II of a Specialty Chemicals Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.in Shanghai,such as design,machine,installation,discharge water quality and so on.Shanghai Huaqiang Environmental Protection Equipment Engineering Co.,Ltd.had the success projects and experiences,and was invited by client to mend it.It was optimized to design after laboratory tests and improved the process,equipments,electrical instrument about coagulation and sedimentation,biological treatment and sludge dehydration.Now it can operate safely and reliably with this improvement and effluent quality with discharge standards,and pass through the acceptance of government in environmental protection for this project.
