创新教育是高等教育的核心,创新教育的重点是培养学生创新精神和实践能力。该文依据当代大学生创新素质和创新能力的基本要求,从规范有机化学实验的操作、转变教育观念、更新教学模式和改革考核方式等方面阐述了作者在有机化学实验教学中渗透创新能力培养的研究与实践。

The innovative education,the focal point of which was to cultivate innovation spirit and practical ability of student,was the core of higher education.Based on the quality and capability of innovation contemporary college students required,the research and experience of training students on the ability of innovation were described in the teaching of organic chemistry experiment according to the specification of operation of organic chemistry experiment,change in educational view,update of teaching model and reform of the appraisal method.
