循环经济下固体废弃物管理和防治的探析

Solid Waste Management and Prevention under the Perspective of the Circulation Economy

随着生产的发展和人民生活水平的提高,固体废弃物的排放量骤增,而堆放和处置场地却日益减少,处置费用也越来越高,以及由于有害废弃物处置不当所造成的对大气、水体和土壤的严重污染,加剧恶化着环境,危害人体健康。固体废物的污染控制问题已成为我国重要的环境问题之一,影响了经济、社会的发展。鉴于此,笔者在分析固体废弃物的来源和危害的基础上,结合我国固体废弃物的污染现状,从循环经济的视角探索了我国固体废弃物的管理与防治思路。

With the development of production and the improvement of people＇s living standards,the amount of solid waste increased dramatically,while sites for piling up and disposal of solid waste decreasing,costs caused by disposal of solid waste were also getting more and more rising.And the serious atmosphere,water and soil pollution caused by improper disposal of hazardous waste aggravate the deterioration of the environment and endanger human health.How to control the pollution caused by solid waste became one of the important environmental issues affecting the economic and social development in China.According to this,on the basis of analyzing the origin and hazards of solid waste,combining with the status quo of pollution caused by solid waste,ideas of solid waste management and prevention were explored from the perspective of the circulation economy in China.
