摘要 本文基于可靠性理论对房地产市场预警系统进行了可靠性识别,根据韦伯-费希纳(W-F)定律描述了房地产市场预警指标与人的主观意识影响指数的关系,并确定了预警对象对人的主观意识综合影响指数,将其作为评定房地产市场预警状态的依据。对2002—2008年河北省廊坊市房地产市场的预警研究表明,基于可靠性理论和韦伯-费希纳定律的房地产市场预警方法是可行的。 The paper makes a reliability identification for the forewarning system of real estate market by the reliability theory.And then it describes the relationships between the forewarning indicators of real estate market and the impact index of human's subjective consciousness by Weber-Fechner (W-F) law,and determines a comprehensive impact index of human's subjective consciousness of the forewarning objects which is used as a basis for evaluating the real estate market's forewarning state.The forewarning research for the real estate market in Langfang city from 2002 to 2008 shows that the real estate market forewarning method based on the reliability theory and Weber-Fechner law is feasible.
