摘要
为了培养厚基础、宽口径的高素质机械创新人才,利用慧鱼创意组合模型,针对大棚积雪清除的特点,设计组装了棚顶自动除雪机器人。详细阐述了其工作原理和设计创新点,介绍了机器人相应的硬件结构和编制的软件流程图,并通过实验和机械创新大赛验证了本设计的独特性与实用性。通过该机器人的设计有助于大力提高当代大学生的科技创新能力和实践动手能力。
To culture the high disposition mechanical talents who have versatile talent and firm basic,the ladder snow removing robot was designed and assembled by using fischertechnik model which can solve the snow removing problem on the ladder.The robot's working principle and innovation were represented in detail.The robot structure and the program flowchart were introduced.The uniqueness and practicability of the robot were verified by the experiments and the third mechanical creative design match for college students.The robot design can help the college students to improve their innovative and practical capacity.
