摘要
采用等体积浸渍法制备了Fe和Cu改性的CoMo/γ-Al2O3选择性加氢脱硫催化剂,并用XRD,BET,H2-TPR等方法对催化剂进行了表征,考察了改性金属种类、浸渍溶剂种类、焙烧温度、活性组分负载量对催化剂活性的影响。实验结果表明,以甲醇为浸渍溶剂、550℃下焙烧制备的CoMoFe/γ-Al2O3催化剂活性最高;当催化剂中CoO质量分数4%、MoO3质量分数5%、Fe2O3质量分数0.5%时,加氢脱硫选择性最高。在固定床微反装置上对CoMoFe/γ-Al2O3催化剂的反应条件进行了优化,优化的液态空速、反应温度和反应压力分别为2h-1,245~255℃和1.6MPa。
CoMo/γ-Al2O3 hydrodesulfurization catalysts modified with Fe were prepared through isochoric impregnation and characterized by means of XRD,BET and H2-TPR.Effects of calcination temperature,impregnation solvent,modifying metal and metal loading on the catalyst activity were investigated.Experimental results showed that CoMoFe/γ-Al2O3 catalyst exhibited high activity under the preparation conditions of methanol as solvent and calcination temperature 550 ℃.The catalyst with loading mass fractions of CoO 4%,MoO3 5% and Fe2O3 0.5% was the best in the hydrodesulfurization selectivity.Experiments were carried out to optimize reaction conditions which were: LHSV 2 h^-1,reaction temperature 245-255 ℃ and reaction pressure 1.6 MPa.
