摘要
新能源汽车装备高压元器件,因而其EMC性能极大影响着整车安全性能,也是目前新能源车研究的关键点。在对比混合动力客车的电磁环境和传统车的电磁环境区别的基础上,分析了混联大客车中高压电元器件引起的传导干扰和辐射干扰对发动机ECU性能的影响。辐射干扰导致整车控制器(VCU)发送给发动机ECU的油门电压信号有较大波动,引起发动机故障报警。高压线路对发动机ECU有传导干扰的情况下,发动机共轨压力出现异常,导致发动机故障报警。在采取相应措施后,整车EMS能力大幅度提高。
New energy vehicles are equipped with high voltage components. Driving safety of a new energy vehicle is greatly influenced by the capability of EMC of the whole vehicle. Research of EMC is a key work at home and abroad, and this will continue in the future. The performance of diesel engine ECU (engine control unit) is affected greatly by the conducted interference and radiated interference which are induced by high voltage battery and motor and so on. The cause of interference effect is analyzed based on different electromagnetic conditions of the traditional vehicles and hybrid vehicles. Radiated interference results in the fluctuation of acceleration pedal signal sent from the vehicle control unit (VCU) to the diesel engine ECU. The diesel engine ECU will give an alarm when the acceleration pedal signal goes beyond a proper scope. Conducted interference exerted by high voltage component on diesel engine ECU will make common rail pressure become abnormal, thus cause the diesel engine ECU to give another alarm. The EMS of hybrid bus is improved greatly after taking corresnonding measures.
