摘要
休闲运动以其独特的特征,已成为人们生活中不可或缺的内容。文章从研究不同历史时期休闲运动目的、方式和内容、参与主体、时间利用、与工作关系的发展演变着手,来寻求休闲运动的发展趋势。通过分析发现:现代大众休闲运动向知识化、商业化、内容的多样化、户外化、科技化、个性化的方向发展。
The leisure sports with its unique characteristic,is becoming the indispensable content in people＇s lives.In order to explore the tendency of the leisure sports,the article aims to study on the evolution of the purposes,mode and content,participant,time utilization,and the relationship of the work and leisure sports in different historical periods.Through the analysis,propose the argument that the development of modern leisure sports are towards the directions of the universalization,commercialization,diversification,out-of-door,technology and personalization.
