运动训练系统衔接发展是运动训练系统协调发展的体现形式。依据协同论的相关理论,对运动训练系统衔接发展的内涵进行了界定,提出未来运动训练系统的发展必须用系统的角度去进行,必须与社会系统、自然系统等相适应和相协调,运动训练系统调控的关键是要找出并研究运动训练系统发展的序参量。

The linkage development is the embodiment of coordinated development of sports training.According to the theories of synergetics,the paper defined the concept of linkage development of sports training,put forward in the future the development of sports training system should proceed from a systematic perspective,should adapt to social,natural and other systems.The most important of sports training controlling is to find out order parameter of sports training system and research it.
