摘要 重症急性胰腺炎常累及肺、肾、肝等其他器官,急性肾衰竭是重症急性胰腺炎的主要死亡原因之一。本文就重症急性胰腺炎相关肾功能损害的发病机制及诊治综述如下,有助于进一步探索重症急性胰腺炎全身炎症反应综合征和多器官功能衰竭的机制。 Severe acute pancreatitis,a multiple system disease was associated with distant organs injury as the lung,kidney and liver,etc.Acute renal failure is one of the major death causes in severe acute pancreatitis.In this paper,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of Renal injury in severe acute pancreatitis is reviewed.So they are helpful for the insight into the pathogenesis of systemic inflammatory response syndrome and multiple organ failure syndrome.
