摘要
某新建办公楼总高90 m,采用框架-核心筒结构。考虑到安全储备,严格按照考虑双向地震(X向,Y向)框架部分承受的地震倾覆力矩均小于50%进行设计;地下室顶板在满足嵌固的构造及刚度比要求的条件下,模型建立时计入地下室作整体分析,所得周期及位移比参数相比把地下室当作大底板更接近于实际情况;最后通过底部剪力墙截面面积与楼面面积之比判断剪力墙数量的合理性。
Some issues on design of frame-shear wall structures based on an actual building project case are discussed. For the safety purpose,the seismic overturning moments in X and Y direction heated by frames are less than 50% for the studied case. Under the condition of the fixed condition of basement floor slab and the condition that the stiffness ratio are satisfied, the calculated periods and displacement ratios will be more accurate than the model without the basement structures when the basement structures can be added into the whole building calculation model. Finally the rationality of the structural design can be assessed by checking the ratio of shear-wall cross-sectional area to the floor area.
