摘要 为了深入了解重庆渝北体育馆屋盖结构设计中铸钢节点的受力性能并确保结构在设计荷载下的安全性,根据设计要求对该铸钢节点进行了精细有限元分析,从而了解该铸钢节点在设计荷载下的受力特征以及弹塑性极限承载性能。铸钢节点弹塑性极限承载力分析表明,该节点圆弧过渡区域存在应力集中现象。着重研究了圆弧过渡半径对节点极限承载力以及圆弧过渡区域应力集中的影响,对该铸钢节点的应力集中状况进行优化分析,分析结果表明,适当选取圆弧过渡半径的大小,能够显著降低圆弧过渡区域的应力集中,延缓节点屈服破坏的进程,从而提高节点的承载能力。最后提出降低该铸钢节点应力集中的措施,为设计提供依据。 Some giant cast steel joints were adopted in the design of Yubei Gymnasium in Chongqing, which have critical imfluence on the safety of the structure. In order to obtain the loading behavior and the loading bearing capacity of the cast steel joints, the refined finite element analysis was conducted. The stress distribution under the design load and the elasto-plastic ultimate bearing capacities of the cast steel joints were computered. The elasto-plastic analysis indicates that the stress concentration exists in the filleted comers of the joint. The stress concentration of the cast-steel joints is also computed and compared under the different radius of filleted corners. The results show that apropriate radius of filleted corners can significantlty decrease the stress concentration of the joint, slow down the process of destruction and enhance the bearing capacity of the joint. The suggestions for reducing the stress concentration were proposed finally.
