The concept of Asiatic mode of production that Marx put forward was first controversial in the Soviet Union.In addition to the official debate,the various scholars have joined the ranks of the discussion and controversy.Some of them acknowledge the existence of Asiatic mode of production,and some do not recognize its existence.The Soviet Union on this issue can generally be divided into two factions,each has put forward their own views.
