高等师范院校教师专业化发展策略探析

摘要 "理念先行,行为跟进"是提升教师专业化水平行之有效的策略。理念是行为的先导,确立"四个同步"、"起步即冲刺"、"高含金量教学"以及"特色加品位"等教育教学理念,对引领高师院校教师的专业化发展具有重要意义。具体措施包括:把教案转化为学术著作(或系列研究论文);实行脱稿教学;倡导教学专题化;锤炼教师的"三会"(会讲、会写、会做)能力等。只有理念与行为相得益彰,才能有效促进教师的专业化发展。 The reality that teachers' professional development in primary and middle schools is not satisfactory and the education quality of higher normal school needs to be improved warns the teacher in higher normal school to improve the professional level as soon as possible."Concept First,Conduct Follow-up"is an effective strategy to raise the teacher's professional level.Concept is the precursor of conduct.The establishment of such teaching concepts as "four sychronizations","start as sprint","high gold content teaching"and "features plus grade" is very important to lead teacher professional development.As for teacher professional development,it's not enough to own advanced,useful ideas.There must be practical follow-up measures,which includes to turn the lesson plan to academic works or research paper series,to teach without the help of lesson plan,to advocate monographic teaching,and to temper teachers capacity of "three abilities "(the ability of speaking,writing and doing).Only when concept cooperates with conduct can teacher professional development be better and faster.
