摘要 利用原子荧光法中3种常用的消解方法:湿法消解、微波消解、干灰化法,结合原子荧光光度计对水产品(贻贝粉、海带粉)中总砷含量的测定进行研究,通过比较不同前处理方法的检测结果、试剂消耗量、所用时间和检测样品数量,找出每种方法的相对优劣。湿法消解耗费时间长,酸用量大,但操作稳定且可处理大批量样品;微波消解时间短,用酸量小,无污染,适合砷存在形态相对结构简单的样品;干灰化法时间短,适用于挥发温度高或油脂含量高的少量样品。本文对实验室在检测水产品中总砷含量的方法选择上有一定借鉴意义。 Three pretreatment methods,wet and microwave digestion,and dry ash methods were applied in this study,and the total arsenic in seafood(mussel and kelp powder) were determined by atomic fluores-cence spectrometer(AFS).The three different pretreatment methods were compared in the aspects of the deter-mination results,the amount of reagent consumed,time needed,and the amount of test samples,in order to find the advantages and disadvantages of each method.The results showed that wet digestion was stable and could deal with large amounts of sample simultaneously,but was time consuming and large quantity of acids were needed;Microwave digestion was time saving,with no pollution and only small amount of acids were needed,can be applied to the samples that with relatively simple form of arsenic;Dry ash method is time sav-ing,can be applied to the samples that are high temperature resistant and with low fat.
