摘要
为适应群众体育的发展,提高社区体育的水平,本文对上海市普陀区55周岁以上的中老年人的体育现状进行调查,从体育锻炼的意识、行为和环境三大方面进行分析研究,以期为上海市普陀区的体育工作者提供新的管理思路。
In order to catch up with the development of mass sports and improve the level of community sports, this article analyses the status quo of above 55-year-old quinquaginarians＇ sports in Putuo district of Shanghai city including their consciousness, behaviour, and environment, aimed to provide a train of thought for the sports workers in Putuo district of Shanghai.
