摘要
目的建立复方银花口服液中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法薄层扫描法。展开剂:醋酸丁酯-甲酸-水(7∶2.5∶2.5)的上层溶液,检测波长λS=330 nm,λR=650 nm。结果绿原酸在0.240~1.440μg范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.99626,平均回收率=98.4%,RSD=2.34%。结论本法简单,准确,重现性好,可用于复方银花口服液中绿原酸的含量测定。
Aim To establish a method for determination of chlorogenic acid in fufangyinhua oral fluid.Method Chlorogenic acid in fufangyinhua oral fluid was determinated by TLC-scanning with a mixture of upper solution n-butyl acetate-methanoic-water(7∶2.5∶2.5) as the developing system.The detection wavelength was 330 nm and 650 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.240 ~ 1.440 μg,r = 0.99626,average recovery rate was 98.4%,RSD = 2.34%.Conclusion The method was simple,accurate,reproducible and suitable for the content determination of chlorogenic acid in fufangyinhua oral fluid.
