后路减压松解复位内固定椎体间植骨治疗峡部裂性腰椎滑脱的疗效分析

Treatment efficacy of posterior decompression,release and reduction,internal fixation and interbody bone grafting for spondylolisthesis

目的探讨松解、减压、后路固定、椎体间植骨治疗腰椎滑脱的临床疗效。方法对19例峡部裂性腰椎滑脱患者采用后路减压松解复位内固定椎体间植骨术治疗。结果随访10～24个月,优良率89.5%。结论后路减压松解复位内固定椎体间植骨术治疗腰椎滑脱效果明显,滑脱椎复位满意,植骨融合可靠。

Aim To investigate the clinical efficacy of the release and reduction,decompression,posterior fixation,interbody bone graft-ing for the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods 19 cases of spondylolis thesis were treated with posterior decompression,re-lease and reduction,internal fixation and interbody bone grafting surgery.Results Follow-up for 10to24 months showed that 89.5% of 19 cases of spondylolisthesis achieved good therapeutic effect.Conclusion The therapy of posterior decompression,release and reduc-tion,internal fixation and interbody bone grafting for the treatment of spondylolisthesis proves remarkably effective,with satisfactory reduc-tion of lumbar spondylolisthesis and reliable graft bone fusion.
