从发生学的角度来看,秀句创作意识萌发于六朝,正是六朝时代对诗篇社会功用关注的下降才使作家们注意到诗歌之中秀句本身的艺术价值;从传播学的角度来看,秀句的传播促进人们对整首诗的审美关照,而秀句的传播也有赖于佳篇的映衬。从影响学的角度来看,秀句的锤炼无碍于诗篇的气韵高妙,而一二秀句还可以作为诗篇整体气韵和诗歌创作时代气运的象征。

From the genetic point of view,the creative consciousness of witticism germinated in the Northern and Southern Dynasties.It is in the Northern and Southern Dynasties that the decline concern in literature＇s social function led to the poets pay attention to the aesthetic value of the witticism itself.From the perspective of communication studies,the communication of witticism prompts the spread and aesthetic care of the whole poem,the communication of witticism also depends on good poems.From the impact point of view,the temper of witticism does not affect the artistic concession of poems;however,witticism can become the symbol of the whole poem style and poetry creative style of that time.
