摘要
采用有限元法进行研究,在建立湿式混凝土喷射机的实体模型和虚拟样机模型基础上,对湿式混凝土喷射机转子进行有限元仿真分析,得到转子的应力、应变、位移等参数值,根据仿真结果,分析了转子工作时的主要破坏形式和危险位置,结果表明现有结构基本满足要求,同时对压力夹紧装置提出合理的优化方案,使整机性能得到提高,具有一定的工程实用价值.
Based on the establishing of the physical models and virtual prototype of wet concrete jet,the finite element simulation analysis is employed to study the wet concrete jet rotor so that some parameter values,such as rotor stress,stain,displacement and so on,are obtained.According to the simulation results,the main destroying modes and dangerous positions are analyzed when the rotor is working.The results show that the existing structure basically meets requirements.Meanwhile,to improve the overall performance,a reasonable optimization program to the pressure clamping device is put forward,which has some practical engineering value.
