摘要
目的:制备新型依托泊甙胶囊,提高其生物利用度。方法:以壳聚糖和海藻酸钠为载体,采用复凝聚法制备微囊型颗粒,然后装入普通胶囊壳,以转蓝法测定释放度。通过改变制粒时壳聚糖的浓度考察壳聚糖对依托泊甙释放度的影响。结果:从释放度曲线来看,与原料药相比制备的依托泊甙胶囊,释放度明显增加,而且随着制粒时壳聚糖的浓度增大(在0.5%~1.5%范围内),依托泊甙释放度增加明显。结论:在所选壳聚糖浓度范围之内(0.5%~1.5%),壳聚糖能增大依托泊甙的溶出度。
OBJECTIVE:To prepare a new type of etoposide capsules with higher bioavailability.METHODS:To prepare microcapsule type beads of etoposide with complex coacervation at the first step,and then the beads were packed into empty capsules to get etoposide capsules.The influence of chitosan on the release of etoposide was studied by altering the concentration of chitosan in the process of capsule preparation.Meanwhile,the dissolution rate of the prepared capsules in vitro was determined.RESULTS:The dissolubility of the prepared etoposide capsules was higher compared with etoposide powder.CONCLUSIONS:Chitosan(concention range:0.5%~1.5%) could increase the dissolubility of etoposide.
