摘要
目的是使学生在校期间掌握常用自动化控制仪表的实际操作和运用技术.方法是以典型的工业空调设备为控制对象,通过对控制对象所需物理参数(温度、压力、流量、液位、湿度、风速、风压、转速等)的分析和研究,选用常用的自动化仪表和先进电子装置来组成形式多种的检测装置和自动控制系统.结果是通过在装置上的实习,能比较快和比较全面的掌握常用热工检测仪表、仪表控制系统的运用和工业空调设备的了解和使用.结论是建立了一套比较完整、安全、实用性强的教学用自动化仪表控制技术实验装置和工业空调实验装备.
To help students master the actual operation and the automation instrumentation control technology during the school.an example of a typical industrial air-conditioning is given to analyze the physical parameters such as temperature,pressure,flow,level,humidity,wind speed,air pressure,speed and etc.,A commonly used instrument and sophisticated forms of electronic devices are selected to form a variety of detection devices and automatic control system.Through practice on these devices,student can quickly and comprehensively master the use of the thermal instruments,instrument control system and industrial air-conditioning.
