松香基咪唑啉的合成及其缓蚀性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 以松香和二乙烯三胺为主要原料合成了油溶性松香基咪唑啉,在此基础上加入氯化苄在碱性条件下反应得到其水溶性咪唑啉衍生物.采用红外光谱分析仪对产物的结构进行表征,探讨了合成反应温度和反应时间对收率的影响,并运用静态失重法和电化学方法评价了松香基咪唑啉缓蚀剂在酸性介质中的缓释性能.实验结果表明,在酰化温度180℃,环化温度205℃的条件下反应8~9 h,产品的收率可达85%以上.在10%的盐酸介质中加入0.5%松香基咪唑啉,其缓蚀率达到88%. The oil-soluble rosin-based imidazoline is synthesized by using rosin and diethylene triamine as main raw materials.Then the water-soluble rosin-based imidazoline is synthesized by adding benzyl chloride under weak alkaline condition.The structure of the productions is characterized by FTIR.The effects of reaction temperature and reaction time on yield are investigated,and the corrosion property of the compound in acid medium are studied by the method of weight loss test and electrochemistry.The experiment results show that the yield of production is more than 85% when the acylating temperature is l80℃,the temperature of cycling is 205℃,the reaction time is 8-9 hour.And the corrosion inhibition efficiency is 88% when the concentration of corrosion inhibitor is 0.5% in hydrochloric acid medium whose concentration is 10%.
