摘要 目的:了解虎杖单煎、复方共煎过程中的物理、化学变化。方法:监测虎杖煎煮后各种蒽醌的含量变化,及虎杖分别与木、甘草、五味子、山楂配伍和大复方共煎各种蒽醌的煎出量。结果:虎杖单煎、方药配伍共煎后各种结合蒽醌和游离蒽醌的含量均发生了变化。这种现象可能与结合蒽醌的水解,游离蒽醌的降解以及蒽醌间的相互转化有关。结论:方药配伍不仅影响共煎过程中的溶出,而且对化学变化也有重要影响。 OBJECTIVES:To study the physical and chemical changes of Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati(RPC) in the process of decocting alone and decocting with other ingredients.METHODS:To determine the changes of contents of anthraquinones after decocting alone(Ⅰ)and together with Caulis Araliae Chinensis,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Fructus Schisandrae and Fructus Crataegi (Ⅱ).RESULTS:The results showed that changes of contents of both conjugated(CA) and free anthraquinones(FA) were observed in either Ⅰ or Ⅱ.It is considered that this phenomenon may be related with the hydrolysis of CA and degradation of FA as well as their mutual transformation.CONCLUSIONS:RPC decocting with other ingredients not only affects the release of anthraquinones,but also influences their chemical structure significantly.
