中国社区建设发展趋向问题研究

Research into the Development Trend of China's Community Building

随着中国社会整体转型速度的加快和社会主义市场经济的深度发展,社区建设的发展趋向主要表现在六个方面,即:社区发展将呈现渐次推进的梯度格局,政府将由直接参与、推动转向为引导、协助社区建设,社区自治组织和民间组织的能力和作用将得到进一步的增强,社区居民将由"被动参与"转变为"主动参与"社区建设,社区治理与服务方式将实现由传统型向现代型的转变,社区服务将进入以提高服务质量和水平为主的内涵发展阶段。

With China＇s accelerated pace of transformation of society as a whole and the depth of development of the socialist market economy, community building is promoting mainly in six areas, a gradient pattern of gradually advancing, government＇s direct participation for promoting the shift to guide and assist in community building, further strengthing the role and capacity of community self-government organizations and civil society organizations, community residents＇shift from ＂passive participation＂ to ＂active participation＂ , the modernization of community governance and service mode, and the change of community service for service quality and level of content-based stage of development.
