当前高校毕业生就业难的社会学分析

On the Current Employment Difficulty of Graduates from the Perspective of Sociology

当前高校毕业生就业难的现实存在,引起了整个社会各层面的高度关注。导致高校毕业生就业难的主要原因,并非是高校扩招所致,而是有其深刻而复杂的社会因素。一方面,我国经济社会及其所有制结构的多元化,带来了社会就业结构的重大变化,而就业结构的重大变化,直接导致了高校毕业生就业的供需不平衡;另一方面,我国经济区域发展不平衡性,以及城乡差异日益加大的客观现实,又导致高校毕业生就业区域选择的单一性倾向,从而使得就业结构性矛盾凸显的更加尖锐。解决高校毕业生就业难是一个长期而又系统的复杂工程,需要政府、企业、高校、高校毕业生自身以及社会各方面的长期努力。

Employment difficulty for the graduates has caused great concern in the society now. The complicated social factors are the main reasons for it. Because of the diversification of economy and pattern of ownership, great changes have taken place in employment structure, which may lead to the unbalance of employment supply and demand for graduates. What＇ s more, the unbalanced development of economic districts of China and the urban and rural differences result in the lopsided choice for employment districts, which makes structural contradiction of employment prominent. Solving this problem is a complicated and systematic project. It requires the joint efforts of governments, enterprises, higher institutes and graduates themselves for a long period of time.
