摘要
结合项目管理实践经验,介绍了大型企业信息系统的项目管理过程、管理方法、注意事项等,分析了大型信息系统项目的特点及其在实施和控制过程中的重要因素和关键环节.大型及复杂项目管理具有分级管理与分工管理结合、强化协调机制的特征,在大型信息系统项目管理过程中必须充分理解和有效执行.
Combined with project management experience,presented project management processes,management methods and points for attention in a large-scale enterprise information system;also analyzed the characteristics of large information system project and its important factors with critical links in the implementation and control process.Large and complex project management had the features which included hierarchical management,the division of management integration as well as the enhanced coordination mechanisms that should be fully understood and effectively implemented in the process of large-scale information systems project management.
