摘要
采用问卷调查法、访谈法和统计学方法对河南省固始县小学数学青年教师培训班学员的现状进行了调查,从基本情况、参加培训的意愿、对小学数学教学设计的掌握、教育科学研究、计算机和媒体设备的使用和掌握等方面对小学数学青年教师的现状进行了分析,以便为进一步推动培训工作提供相应的依据.
By questionnaire survey,discussion and statistical method,investigated on current status of the young mathematics teachers in primary school in Gushi county,Henan province.Analyzed on the following aspects as basic condition,wish of participating training,master on mathematics course design in primary school,research of education science,application and master of computer and multimedia devices,in order to provide the corresponding basis on carrying out the training for young mathematics teachers.
