目前,医学院校毕业生去基层就业难,这其中既有学生的主观原因也有外在的客观原因。医学生去基层就业是社会的需要和历史发展的必然规律,必须建立相应的政策、制度进行引导和规范。因此,要促进医学院校毕业生到基层工作,需要政府政策先行,学校教育鼓励,个人转变传统就业观念。

To work in the grass-roots organizations is the needs of the community and the inexorable law of historical development for the medical university graduates, so the appropriate policies, systems to guide them must be established.
