摘要
目的:探讨"双导师"在内科实习教学中对医学生学习的影响。方法:选取2007年及2008年在我院临床实习的昆明医学院临床医学本科生120人,进行"双导师"教学法实习,与2005年和2006年入我院临床实习的昆明医学院临床医学本科生的成绩进行比较。结果:与前两级医学生相比,研究组医学生的出科考试、内科理论、生产实习考试平均成绩显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:"双导师"教学法能显著提高实习生的学习成绩。
Objective: To explore the effect of binary-tutor system in internal medicine internship teaching. Methods: 120 medical undergraduates from Kunming Medical College in 2007 and 2008 were investigated. For them the "binary-tutor system" teaching method was used, Then the averase score of test on completion of courses, internal medicine, and internship test was compared with that of 2005 and 2006 grades medical undergraduates. Result: Compared with medical students of 2005 and 2006 grades, all average scores of medical students 2007 and 2008 grades are significantly higher ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Normalized preparing lesson and practice guidance in internal medicine internship teaching can effectively raise interns' learning achievements.
