摘要
本文应用血清药理学方法观察了金荞麦片抗过敏作用的时—效与量—效关系,发现等效剂量的金荞麦片给予豚鼠40min出现效应,80min到达峰值,160min效应开始衰减,效应至少可以维持160min。临床等效剂量的金荞麦片口服有效,3倍与9倍临床等效剂量效应呈比例的增加,有明显的量效关系。
Aim:To investigate the time - effect relation and dose - effect relation of Fagopyrum cymosum Meisn on anti - allergy.Method: by means of the method of the serum of pharmocology, we observed the effect of diferent doses and different time rat serum in ileum away from guinea pig.Result :The effect could maitain 160minutes,it appeared at 40 minutes, reached top at 80minutes and reduced at 160 minutes, we had also observed the effect rise in pace with the rise of the dose.Conclusion: Fagopyrum cymosum Meisr has the effect of anti - allergy .
