基于校园网的预约报账系统的设计与实现

The design and implement of appointment reimbursement based on campus network

随着高校的发展,尤其实行国库集中支付之后,报销难问题日益突出。针对高校财务报销的特点,设计和实现基于校园网的网上报销系统,提出系统的设计目标及总体架构,分析和研究报销系统登陆、预约报账、查询及帐务处理的应用,实现财务部门日常大量单据处理的简洁化、电子化、网络化。

With the development of colleges and universities, especially after carrying out national treasury centralized payment, reimbursement becomes a serious problem. According to the characteristics of college finance reimbursement, we designed and implemented an online reimbursement system which based on campus network. We proposed the design goals and overall structure of the system, then analyzed and studied the landed of reimbursement system, appointment reimbursement, query and application of accounting treatment, finally achieved the system which simplifies a great lot of daily financial bill processing by electronic and network technology.
