摘要 采用离子交换法合成Cu/ZSM-5系列催化剂,考察催化剂分解NOx的催化活性。实验结果表明:选用ZSM-5(Si/Al 25H)型分子筛为载体制得的催化剂活性最高。采用中性铜离子溶液制备的催化剂,其催化活性要好于酸性条件和碱性条件下制得的催化剂。铜离子的负载量过低或过高时催化剂降解氮氧化物的能力都不是很好,负载量约3%的催化剂降解能力较好。催化剂在高空速条件下仍具有较高的活性,具有一定的实际应用价值。 A series catalyst of Cu/ZSM--5 ,which were loaded with differernt content of Cu ,were prepared by method of ion exchanging. Active of catalysts which was about decomposition of NO, was observed. The results indicated that the catalysts have good activity, which were based on ZSM-5(Si/Al 25H). And the samples were made by the condition that pH value of the Cu^2+ solution was almost 7, which degradation ability was better than samples which were made by the condition of Cu^2+ solution was acid or base. Capability of catalyst about NO reduction is better when amount of Cu was increased to 3%. Cu/ ZSM-5 catalysts have higher activity under the condition of higher airspeed, and that one also has a certain degree of application value.
