摘要
通过实验研究了COD去除率与氧化反应4个主要影响因子之间的关系,确定了各影响因子的最优反应条件:H2O2与CODcr质量比为0.8,H2O2与Fe2+质量比为9:1,反应时间为120 min,pH值为3。描述和解释了在各种反应条件下产生的反应结果。实验结果表明:在最佳反应条件下,COD去除率可以达到53%,可生化性(m(BOD5)/m(CODcr))从大约17%提高到了30%以上,而且可生化性的提高与COD去除率的提高基本是同步的。
The relationship between COD removal and 4 impact factors of oxidation reaction was developed by experiments, and the optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows: the quality ratio of H2O2 and CODCr is 0. 8, the quality ratio of H2O2 and Fe^2+ is 9.1, reaction time is 120min, and the value of pH is 3. The reaction results were predicted and explained under different reaction conditions. At optimal reaction condition, experimental result shows that COD removal can up to 55% and biodegradability (m (BOD5)/m (CODor)) was increased to over 30 % from about 17%, and the improvement of biodegradability and the increase of COD removal were basically synchronous.
