循环经济理论经历了古代朴素循环经济思想、古典循环经济思想及现代循环经济思想的演进路径,其对循环经济本质内涵的论述,对我国在新形势下实现经济和贸易的可持续发展战略选择具有重要的启示。
The circular economy theory has experienced three phases in its development：ancient austerity circular economy thought,classical circular economy thought and modern circular economy thought.The elaboration on the essence of circular economy has vital enlightenment to China＇s strategic options of realizing sustainable development of economy and trade under new situation.
