土地流转已成为加速农村社会分化和资源重组的又一重要动力,正在再构农村社会阶层结构:强化精英阶层、扩大中间层、缩减弱势底层,建构和谐合理的农村阶层结构。土地流转实质上是土地不同层面的产权及与其相关的资源和机会在农村不同利益主体之间的再分配与重组合过程,是推动农村社会阶层结构不断再构与变迁的重要机制。

The land circulation has become another important motive force of accelerating the social divided and reorganization in countryside,and it is reconstructing the social strata structure in countryside ： strengthen elite strata,expand intermediate strata,reduce small and weak bottom,and construct harmonious and rational country strata structure.The land circulation is essentially a process which land ownership of different levels and relative resources and opportunities are redistributed and reorganized among the different benefit main body in countryside,is a important mechanism which promotes continuous reconstruction and change of the social strata structure in countryside.
