摘要
在经济全球化的背景下,提高企业的核心竞争力是所有企业生存下来并保持可持续发展的根本方法。企业文化是企业发展的核心竞争力,因此,建设优秀的企业文化是中小企业的当务之急。目前,我国中小企业对企业文化建设普遍重视不够,还存在着一些误区,不及时解决这些问题势必会影响其健康持续发展,也将影响其参与新经济时代企业间的合作与竞争能力。本文正是在这种社会背景下,以中小企业为出发点,从企业文化建设这个突破口入手,首先阐述了企业文化的内涵、结构、功能及特点等基础理论,然后分析我国中小企业文化建设的现状、存在的问题和成因,并结合我国中小企业实际,提出建设中小企业文化的具体对策和措施。
In the globalization, improving corporate competitiveness becomes the fundamental means for corporate survival and sustainable growth.Corporate culture, the core competitive force for the development of an enterprise should be constructed immediately in small- and medium-sized enterprises in that at present, small and mid-sized enterprises haven't paid due attention to the establishment of business culture, which influence their participation in business collaboration or competition in the new economic era. Under this background, in this thesis, corporate culture of small-and medium-sized enterprises is the highlight. The paper analyzes the concept and content as well as the problem of corporate culture and puts fonward the measures in the construction.
