摘要
本文选取了251名大学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查法对中国文化背景下的高等教育课堂教学绩效评价指标体系进行探讨,采用探索性因素对数据进行分析,结果表明,高等教育教学课堂教学绩效评价指标体系由三个维度构成:教师教学能力、教师教学特质、教学材料与课程负荷。这套指标体系具有良好的信度与效度,可以用来评价高等教育课堂教学的质量。
This article studies the classroom teaching performance evaluation index system of higher education in Chinese cultural background through a questionnaire survey in which 251 undergraduate students are involved. Exploratory factor analysis was used to process the data. The results show that the higher education classroom teaching evaluation index is constituted by three dimensions: teaching ability, teaching attributes, teaching materials and curriculum load. The set of indicators has a good reliability and validity that can be used to evaluate the quality of higher education teaching.
