金融危机下大学生就业难问题的经济学解读

OOn the Difficulties in Undergraduate Employment from Economics Perspective

从经济学的观点分析,金融危机下大学生就业难问题,主要是由劳动力市场总体供求失衡、供求结构失衡、非智力壁垒障碍、预期与实际工资收入差异、产品同质性不适应市场需求等原因造成的,强调必须改善大学生就业的宏观经济环境,调整和优化产品(大学毕业生)生产、流通、销售等环节,才能从根本上保障大学生就业的可持续发展。

This paper analyzes the difficulties in undergraduate employment from economics perspective. It points out the causes as follows： the overall labor market imbalance between supply and demand, structural imbalance in supply and demand, nonintelligence barrier, the gap between the expected and actual income, products not fit for the market. It stresses the need to improve the macroeconomic environment for undergraduate employment, adjust the product （undergraduates） production, marketing, so as to guarantee the sustainable development of the students＇ employment.
