摘要
针对当前高师教育对比基础教育新课程改革的相对滞后,高等师范院校学生教育理念较为落后的现象,文章认为高师教育应首先转变教师观念,然后带领学生转变教育观念,调整课程结构,完善人才培养目标,延长实习时间,并充分发挥实习基地校的作用,教法教师要积极进行教研、教改等。
Aiming at dealing with the relative backwardness of current teachers-training education in reference to the new requirements brought about by the new curriculum reform of basic education,and in light of the outdated education concept among students in normal universities,the paper first lists out such phenomena and the reasons behind them.Then the author makes a research into the ways of dealing with the problems,which involves:changing teachers' ideas,changing students' ideas,adjusting the course structures,prolonging the time for practice,giving full play to the role of the teacher who is in charge of the teaching method course,etc.
