动态能力视角下的开放式创新模式初探

Study on Open Innovation Model from the Perspective of Dynamic Capabilities

Chesbrough提出的开放式创新为企业的创新管理与组织构建提供了一个全新的思路和模式,而相关的研究主要基于资源基础理论(Resource-based View),强调组织要利用组织内外静态的资源来构建核心能力,提高创新绩效。在资源基础理论的基础上,尝试在动态能力的视角下,从位势、过程和路径三个维度来分析开放式创新理论,以寻求组织在动荡变化的环境中通过开放式创新获得持续竞争优势的途径。

Innovation is brought forward by Chesbrough and offers a wholly new way and model of innovation management and organizational construction.But the relevant researches have mainly based on the resource-based view and address that organizations should take the advantage of the static internal and external resources to construct the core competence and improve the innovation performance.This paper tries to analyze the open innovation through three dimensions： positions,paths and processes from the perspective of dynamic capabilities which will be helpful for organizations to gain sustainable competitive advantage through this innovation model under the current turbulent environment.
